Huarun MIXC Project Successfully Topped Out | Direct Access via Two Metro Lines, Leading the New Laoshan Business District
In September this year, the topping-out ceremony for the Huarun MIXC West Project in Laoshan was held on-site. After over a year of construction, the Laoshan MIXC has taken initial shape, and work is now progressing smoothly.
The commercial part of Qingdao Huarun City covers an area of 54,057.76 square meters, located at the intersection of Metro Lines M2 and M4 in Laoshan District. It is Qingdao's only commercial project built directly above an operating metro line, thus attracting significant attention. The project is within three kilometers of mature commercial facilities, including Lida Shopping Center, Jinshi Plaza, Jinding Plaza, and many other shopping venues. It is also adjacent to major urban roads like Hefei Road and Liaoyang Road, offering convenient transportation and sitting at the core of the Laoshan business district. In recent years, the commercial atmosphere has been growing stronger, with new and old projects such as Qingdao IKEA and the long-standing Thumb Plaza. Once completed and operational, the Laoshan MIXC will join forces with other commercial entities, driving city-level consumption upgrades and creating a new business hub in Laoshan District.
