Another 'National' Title! Jiuzhaigou County, Awesome!

Good news! Good news!

On December 17, Jiuzhaigou County officially received the title of the second batch of "National All-for-One Tourism Demonstration Zone".

Jiuzhaigou County, among more than 40 international and domestic honors such as "China's First Batch of Strong Tourism Counties", "National Green Energy Demonstration County", "China's Most Beautiful Leisure Vacation Tourism County", and "Two Mountains Theory Practice Innovation Base", has added a brand new name card!

There is a saying among the people:

Sichuan's beauty lies in western Sichuan, and western Sichuan's beauty lies in Jiuzhaigou.

In the past, when mentioning Jiuzhaigou,

everyone seemed to know only the Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area.

But what I want to say is:

There is only one Jiuzhaigou in the world, and Jiuzhaigou is more than just Jiuzhaigou!

This is Jiuzhaigou County!

Jiuzhaigou County is located in Aba Prefecture, Sichuan Province.

Perhaps you know it

only because it is home to the first batch of national 5A scenic spots.

But what most people don't know is that

lakes, waterfalls, travertine streams,

ethnic customs, cultural resources,

countless stunning landscapes

are all found in Jiuzhaigou County.

Within its territory, besides possessing the triple international laurels of

"World Natural Heritage", "World Biosphere Reserve", "Green Globe 21"

and the title of the first batch of national 5A scenic spots,

it also has the provincial Wujiao Giant Panda Nature Reserve,

Baihe Golden Monkey Nature Reserve, Gonggangling Nature Reserve,

Ganhaizi National Forest Park and Shenxian Pool Scenic Area,

Jiawu Tianchi, Heihe Scenic Belt, Yuwa Shique Red Leaf Scenic Area,

Lamas Rock Grand Canyon Scenery, Dujuan Mountain, Wujiao Baima Tibetan风情园,

and many other ecological and cultural resources.

In 2007, it was named "China's Strong Tourism County"!

Strolling through Jiuzhaigou County today,

in spring you can enjoy the greenery of the countryside,

in summer you can escape the heat and relax,

in autumn you can admire the red leaves covering the mountains,

in winter you can experience blue ice and white snow.

With changing views and beautiful scenery,

batch after batch of tourists from elsewhere set off

towards the blue sky, white clouds, and picturesque landscapes.

Multiple scenic spots including Jiuzhaigou, Nenensangcuo, Aiqinghai, Chaimen Pass, and Jiuzhai Tianzhu

are open to the public simultaneously.

The overall tourism pattern of the county has basically taken shape,

successfully solving problems such as uneven driving effects of the tourism economy,

poor accessibility to other scenic spots,

difficulty in diverting tourists, and low tourist comfort.

This is Jiuzhaigou County!

"Heavenly fairyland, earthly Jiuzhaigou"

Jiuzhaigou, located in Zhangzha Town, Jiuzhaigou County, Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture, is a tributary of the Baihe River upstream of Baishui Gully. It gets its name from the nine Tibetan villages.

It is said, "After visiting Mount Huang, you won't care about other mountains; after visiting Jiuzhaigou, you won't care about other waters."

Jiuzhaigou is China's first nature reserve primarily aimed at protecting natural scenery. It is a famous scenic spot and a national demonstration site for civilized tourism. In 1992, it was inscribed on the World Natural Heritage List.

With its picturesque green mountains and dreamlike lakes, Jiuzhaigou has earned the title of "King of Water Scenery".

This place, known as the "Fairy Tale World", has never let us down.

The average altitude here is over 2,000 meters. There are vast primitive forests, 108 lakes, and crystal clear streams like necklaces穿插 between forests, lakes, and shoals.

Seemingly casually appearing Tibetan wooden houses, drying racks for sutra flags, plank bridges, and mill houses blend perfectly with the ethereal natural scenery, adding a touch of worldly life to Jiuzhaigou's fairyland atmosphere.

With the changing seasons, sunrise and sunset, the four seasons of Jiuzhaigou form a magnificent fairy tale world composed of the "six wonders": emerald lakes, layered waterfalls, colorful forests, snow peaks, Tibetan customs, and blue ice.

"Winter Jiuzhaigou, stunning scenery"

Winter in Jiuzhaigou is especially beautiful. The clear, bottomless water exudes warmth in its coolness, like a pure blue sapphire fallen to earth, quietly displaying its unique colors.

Flying snowflakes, after several渲染, create jade trees and ice flowers on the slopes, silver-clad landscapes, and green water, clear waves, and layered waterfalls in the valleys, making you feel as if you are in a pure and elegant ink-wash world...

A layer of white snow, a pool of blue spring, together with the rising sun, Jiuzhaigou merges into a fairy tale kingdom paved with white snow.

This wonder is like a painting in an artist's brush, among the snow-covered forests, following the track of sunlight, presenting a winter movement in this world.

The heavier the snow, the more beautiful Jiuzhaigou becomes, like a celestial realm from another world.

Every mountain forest tells the poetry of fairyland, every lake decorates the dream of heaven, every waterfall gathers the reverie of early winter. Now Jiuzhaigou, snow and ice turn into magic, spreading to every corner of Jiuzhaigou.

Jiuzhaigou is more than just Jiuzhaigou!

Jiawu Pool, located in Wujiao Township more than 30 kilometers from Jiuzhaigou County town, is part of the Wujiao Nature Reserve and an undeveloped primitive ecological scenic area.

Also in Jiuzhaigou County, compared to the famous Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, Jiawu Pool is like a little fairy, quietly beautiful season after season.

Except for locals, few foreign tourists set foot here. The forest is so quiet it takes your breath away, and even the drip of raindrops falling from leaves is exceptionally clear.

Nenensangcuo (Shenxian Pool)

Shenxian Pool is known as "the place where fairies bathe". It faces the Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area from a distance and also fascinates tourists.

Those who have been there say it is a condensed version of Jiuzhaigou and Huanglong. It is also the filming location for Huang Xiaoming's version of "The Return of the Condor Heroes"! The entire scenic area is not large, taking about 2 hours to visit.

With an altitude of only over 2,000 meters, Shenxian Pool is more primitive and more hidden in the deep mountains than Jiuzhaigou, giving a feeling of delicate beauty.

Jiuzhaigou Panda Park

Jiuzhaigou Giant Panda Park, also known as Jiuzhaigou County Jiawu Sea Giant Panda Conservation and Research Park, is a pilot project of the National Giant Panda Park System. It is located in Jiuzhaigou County's Wujiao Giant Panda Nature Reserve, with an average altitude of 2,380 meters.

The Wujiao Giant Panda Nature Reserve is home to 26 species of nationally protected animals and more than 10 species of precious trees. The reserve features beautiful alpine lakes and vast primitive forests, with equally stunning scenery.

Jiuzhaigou Love Sea

Jiuzhaigou Love Sea is located in Ganhaizi Village, Zhangzha Town, Jiuzhaigou County. It is a lake group consisting of Golden Rhinoceros Lake, Fragrant Grass Lake, and Nine-Bend Colorful River.

The scenic spot includes popular photo check-in spots such as the hazy love arch, the folk custom eternal tower, the happiness prayer wheel, the marriage blessing sutra banner, the colorful plank road, the Lanshanwu, and the Flying Together.

Baihe Golden Monkey Nature Reserve

Baihe Golden Monkey Nature Reserve is located on the east side of the southern section of Minshan Mountain, on the northeast side of Gonggang Ridge, with a total area of about 20,000 hectares. It is a reserve mainly for protecting golden monkeys.

Here there is the world's largest population of Sichuan golden monkeys, about 2,000 individuals. There are 5 monkey viewing spots in the scenic area, equipped with high-power telescopes and video equipment. Visitors can observe wild Sichuan golden monkeys, primitive forests, and snow-capped mountain canyon landscapes.
