「Heaven on earth, Jiuzhaigou on the ground」

Jiuzhaigou, located in Zhangzha Town, Jiuzhaigou County, Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture, is a tributary of the Baihe River in the upper reaches of Baishui Gully. It is named after the nine Tibetan villages.

It is China's first nature reserve mainly for protecting natural scenery, a famous scenic spot and a national model of civilized scenic tourism area. It was inscribed on the World Natural Heritage List in 1992.

With picturesque green mountains and dreamlike lakes, Jiuzhaigou is known as the "King of Waterscapes."

This place, called a "fairy tale world," has never disappointed us.

The average altitude here is above 2,000 meters. With primeval forests everywhere and 108 lakes, the crystal clear streams are like necklaces threading through forests, lakes, and shallows.

Tibetan wooden houses, prayer flag drying racks, trestle bridges, mill houses, etc., which seem to appear casually in the valley, blend perfectly with the fairy-tale natural scenery, adding a touch of worldly life to Jiuzhaigou's ethereal beauty.

With the rotation of the four seasons and the rising and setting of the sun, the four seasons of Jiuzhaigou, thanks to the "six wonders" of Green Lakes, Layered Waterfalls, Colorful Forests, Snow Peaks, Tibetan Customs, and Blue Ice, create a magnificent fairy tale world.

02「Jiuzhaigou, More Than Just Jiuzhaigou」

Nen'ensangcuo Scenic Area

Jiuzhaigou Nen'ensangcuo (Shenxianchi) Scenic Area is located in Dalu Township, Jiuzhaigou County, facing Jiuzhaigou from afar. In Tibetan, it is called "Nen'ensangcuo," meaning the place where fairies bathe.

The entire scenic area is surrounded by vast primeval forests. The terrain is steep, with over ten peaks above 4,000 meters. The peaks are stacked, the streams are deep and secluded, and clouds and mist shroud the area, giving a feeling of ethereal mystery, tranquility, and remoteness.

Jiawuchi, located in Wujiao Township, more than 30 kilometers from Jiuzhaigou County seat, is part of the Wujiao Nature Reserve and an undeveloped primitive ecological scenic area.

Also in Jiuzhaigou County, compared to the famous Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, Jiawuchi is like a little fairy, quietly beautiful season after season.

Jiuzhaigou Panda Garden

Jiuzhaigou Giant Panda Garden, also known as Jiuzhaigou County Jiawuhai Giant Panda Protection and Research Garden, is a pilot project of the National Giant Panda Park system, located in Jiuzhaigou County's Wujiao Giant Panda Nature Reserve, at an average altitude of 2,380 meters.

Wujiao Giant Panda Nature Reserve has 26 species of nationally protected animals and more than 10 precious tree species. The reserve is home to beautiful alpine lakes and vast primeval forests, with equally stunning scenery.

Jiuzhaigou Love Sea

Jiuzhaigou Love Sea is located in Ganhaizi Village, Zhangzha Town, Jiuzhaigou County. It is a lake group composed of Golden Rhino Lake, Fragrant Grass Lake, and Nine-bend Color River.

The scenic area includes romantic heart-shaped arches, folk custom Eternal Tower, happy prayer wheels, fate prayer flags, colorful plank roads, Lanshanwu, Biyi Qifei, and other popular photo spots.

Baihe Golden Monkey Nature Reserve

Baihe Golden Monkey Nature Reserve is located on the eastern foothills of the southern section of Minshan Mountains, northeast of Gonggangling, covering an area of about 20,000 hectares. It is a reserve mainly for protecting golden monkeys.

Here lives the world's largest population of Sichuan golden monkeys, about 2,000 individuals. There are 5 monkey-watching spots in the reserve, equipped with high-powered telescopes and video equipment. Tourists can observe wild Sichuan golden monkeys, primeval forests, snow-capped mountains, and valleys.
