In autumn, Jiuzhaigou is layered with yellow, green, and red, as beautiful as an oil painting.

If time permits, I suggest you visit Jiuzhaigou and Huanglong in autumn when there are fewer people—absolutely stunning.

Recommend taking the cable car up Huanglong; it's easy and energy-saving, and you might even spot little squirrels on the boardwalk.

🚗 Sightseeing bus: 90 RMB. Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area is shaped like a 'Y' and has two main valleys:

🔻 Zechawa Valley (18 km): Two main attractions—Long Lake and Five-Color Pond, the essence of Jiuzhaigou's lakes

👉 For a one-day efficient tour, take the sightseeing bus to the two opposite ends of the 'Y' (Long Lake or Primeval Forest) and explore from the inside out.
