Jiuzhaigou is shaped like a 'Y', with three main valleys: Shuzheng Valley, Rize Valley, and Zechawa Valley.
For efficiency, take the sightseeing bus to the two endpoints of the Y (Long Lake or Primeval Forest) and explore from the inside out.
Pearl Shoal and Five Flower Lake are absolutely stunning—make sure to leave plenty of time to enjoy them!
💡Tips:
① Off-season sightseeing buses are fewer, and they use a fixed seating arrangement where you return on the same bus, so each stop has a departure time—remember to keep track!
② Bring a thermos, hand warmers, and snacks; the visitor center is closed, and there are almost no meal options inside the scenic area.

In the evening, stroll along the Eternal Love Walking Street—it's especially beautiful when it snows.
If you haven't seen the Eternal Love cultural performance, you can also experience the magnificent ethnic culture (🎫260 per person).

A hidden gem known only to locals—the backyard of Jiuzhaigou. Ride a white horse here and overlook the panoramic view of the scenic area.

🌈 Private cinema vibe: We stayed in the 'Cloud End·Premium Movie Onsen Room', which was very spacious.
I personally loved the 'large projector + lounge chair' combo—it gives a more private cinema feel than watching from bed.
🌈 Soak in the hot springs to heal a year's worth of unhappiness: The best thing after a day of exploring Jiuzhaigou is a hot bath!
Then enjoy a special beef hotpot at the guesthouse—it's indescribably delightful, and all the fatigue and cold of the year melt away.
🌈 Amazing Tibetan costume: The butler informed us in advance that Tibetan costumes were available for photos, so I couldn't resist trying one on—it was stunning beyond words.
In the guesthouse courtyard, there are many charming little spots where you can sip tea, take photos, and even invite the guesthouse's 'little manager,' the golden retriever Jiujiu, along with a bunch of furry kids, to play and take pictures.
