It's amazing—both of my most recent trips happened right after recovering from COVID.

When people think of Kyoto, temples like Kiyomizudera, Kinkakuji, and Ginkakuji often come to mind. However, there is another temple in Kyoto that is especially popular among young women and couples — that is Shoju-in, which we will introduce now.

1. Origin: Flights between China and Japan have finally returned to normal, and prices have dropped significantly. How could we not arrange a trip to Japan?

After the pandemic, travel to Japan has become popular again. Although I had obtained a visa long ago, I never felt the urge to go until autumn arrived and my wife suggested we take our grandson to see the maple leaves in Japan. That’s when we started preparing for the trip.
